Dear Patya,
Hello my darling. How are you doing? I haven't heard from you in a few months. Hope it's all going OK.
So many things have changed around here. Feels like forever since we've just hung out. But guess what's happened... I've got a job ! And now I'm teacher at school. Can you believe it?
I am still amazed. So, I want to tell you something about my first experience at school.
Frankly speaking, I was extremely nervous on my first day of teaching. At first, it was so difficult for me to figure out how to deal with children. My presense meant nothing at all to them. They were so noisy. Just imagine 46 tongues which began to wag cheerfully without stopping. Uh...
But I got lucky with headmistress. She gave me some advice which made my work more easy and manageable.
And what do you think I had to do to calm children down? I roared. It was the only solution although that's kind of unprofessional, don't you think? But to my surpsise, it works every time. They still listen to me with a great interest. My self-esteem finally has crept back.
Well, got to go now. Drop me a line when you are free. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
Best wishes,
Fatima

ОтветитьУдалитьI was glad to get your letter. I am sorry I have taken such a long time to reply to your letter. Congratulations to you and your family. I am glad to hear that you have found a job you wanted.
To shoose the right profession is very difficult. But you always dreamed of being a teacher. I know that it is very difficult to make a good teacher. One must be well aducated One should know well the subject he teachers.I think it is a great responsibility to bring up children. And the most important thing for a person is doing any work proffessionally and skillfully. You must have a potience now to make this life whatever you wantit to be.
I want give you some advice. In my opinion with loud classes avoid raising your voise. It only increases the noise.Lowering your voise can be much more effective. If the volume of your voice is always high,it lases its effect and doesn't help to control the situation.
But one the other hand sometimes raise a voise is the best way for them to pay attention to you. I can imagine how noise may cause interruption and make for a difficult teaching situation.
Find ways to have fun with your work every day. You are in the of helping people to be better prepared for the rest of their lives.
Best regards
Patya
